The Central Ohio Diabetes Association and myself are very happy with the fundraising success so far. Thank you so much to those who have donated for your tremendous generosity. The response so far has been great. Also, the Tell-A-Friend program has been a great success so far in spreading the word.

In addition to raising funds in conjunction with the Ironman competition, Colleen (my wife) and I also organized a local race to raise funds for the Central Ohio Diabetes Association. The Run/Walk for Diabetes, "4 Miles 4 Diabetes" was a great success despite the cold, windy and wet weather. Thanks so much to all those who participated, the amazing volunteers and the sponsors who made the event possible.

My Ironman training is going great and I am looking forward to my very busy race schedule this year and especially my biggest race to of the year, the Ford Ironman Triathlon in Louisville, Kentucky.
